  • Abuse the Free Trial by intentionally re-registering for multiple free trials under different email addresses. You are limited to one free trial per service every six months.

  • Modify, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the website, including our proprietary Strategies, Methods, or Indicators.

  • Share your login credentials or any paid content (including downloadable platform codes and written materials) with non-subscribers.

  • Use robots, spiders, or manual processes to “data mine” or harvest information from our site.

4. Registration and Subscription

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Notify us immediately if you suspect a security breach.

  • Marketing Consent: By providing your email, you agree to receive occasional marketing offers. You may opt-out at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Submissions

We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Services immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms. We also reserve the right to terminate service without cause.

 

7. Cancellations and Refund Policy

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are on an auto-renewal basis. Your account will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal term.

  • Cancellation: To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your payment provider (e.g., PayPal) or your account settings prior to the renewal date.

  • No Refunds: Because members receive immediate access to proprietary knowledge, research, and educational materials, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits.

  • Solicitation Ban: Any member found soliciting other services or spamming in our live chat or forums will have their account terminated immediately without a refund.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MYQUANTRADER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYQUANTRADER, ITS OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR SYSTEM FAILURES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This website is directed to residents of the United States. We make no representation that materials are appropriate for use in other locations. Those who access the site from outside the U.S. do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
